Whistleblowing

Valmed, in compliance with legal provisions and with the aim of ensuring fairness and transparency in its business conduct, has implemented a “Whistleblowing” digital system. This platform is available to anyone wishing to report situations relevant to legal requirements or internal regulations.
Reports must strictly concern violations of laws, internal procedures, or regulations—including the Code of Ethics. Therefore, complaints, personal requests, or other matters not relevant to these purposes may not be taken into consideration.
To protect both the “whistleblower” and the “reported person” as much as possible, security measures have been adopted. Regardless of whether the whistleblower chooses to submit the report anonymously or not (as described in point 6 below), the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the content of the report is guaranteed through secure protocols and cryptographic tools that safeguard personal data and the information provided.
The identity of the whistleblower will never be disclosed without their consent, except in cases provided for by current legislation.
