Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001

Valmed s.r.l. has adopted the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with the aim of preventing the risk of committing the offenses provided for by the decree and promoting a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency, and fairness.
The Model defines principles, rules of conduct, operating procedures, and an internal control system designed to ensure that business activities are conducted in compliance with the law and Valmed’s values. The implementation and maintenance of the Model are entrusted to a Supervisory Body endowed with independent powers of initiative and control.
